- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user;
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.
Account Suspension & Closure
79200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons, without being required to provide detailed justification:
- Evidence or suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity;
- Breach of any Terms & Conditions set out in this document;
- Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual;
- Failure to complete the required identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity, 79200 reserves the right to withold any remaining balance in that account in accordance with applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and trademarks on the 79200 platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from 79200.
